Make oats crunchy like this, even my kids love it!! Have been making this for Years! 黑芝麻燕麦脆
Do you want this healthy, yummy and crunchy granola? I have been making this for years because it's quick , easy and reliable, you can't go wrong with this recipe. You can come out with your own ingredients' combo, like add any dried fruits or nuts of your choice.
I added black sesame for my granola clusters because of its strong nutritional profile, especially its anti-aging effect and can promote hair growth (benefits that every woman wants!)
Ingredients:
1)Oats - 2 cups
2)Black sesame - 1/2 cup
3)Walnuts - 1/2 cup
4)Pumpkin seeds - 1/4 cup
5)Coconut palm sugar - 3 tbsp
6)salt - 1/4 tsp
7)Cooking oil - 1/4 cup
8)Honey - 1/4 cup
9)Egg white - 1 (~35g)

Great recipe! I also tried using Almond milk and 20g of sugar and it still came out great! I have to steam for about 2-3 hours to get the soft/gummy texture using the rival automatic steamer.

Just tried this recipe, I microwaved for 1 minute on 900W covered with plastic wrap, then folded it multiple times then 1 minute again in microwave. It turned out absolutely perfect! It was so easy to handle due to the oil. Thanks sooo much, I had so many failed mochi in past. (I filled it with nutella btw hehehe)

Yes, you can replace wheat starch with corn starch. It gives mochi softer texture
